About · Acerca de

A working agency for Florida's restoration economy.

We don't service every industry. We don't speak only one language. And we don't run cookie-cutter campaigns built for someone else's business.

Built in Pembroke Pines, for the entire state.

Ecomm Producers is the agency I — Samar Hussain, founder — built after watching too many Florida restoration companies pay for marketing that didn't work. Generic campaigns from out-of-state agencies who didn't know the difference between a Hialeah homeowner and a Naples one. Ads run only in English. Leads dropped into form-fill-and-pray inboxes that nobody followed up on.

So we built the opposite. A small studio, headquartered at 13975 NW 22nd Ct in Pembroke Pines, that serves the entire state of Florida. Bilingual from day one. Built around speed of response. Specialized in one vertical, deliberately.

Especialistas, no generalistas. Specialists, not generalists.

Florida is 27% Hispanic.
Almost no one runs Spanish ads.

Five-point-seven million Florida residents speak Spanish at home. They own homes. They have insurance policies. They get mold, water damage, and storm damage at exactly the same rate as everyone else.

And they get marketed to by no one. Open Facebook Ad Library and search for any restoration company in Miami-Dade — you'll find dozens of competitors running English-only creative, identical stock photos, and English-speaking-only follow-up agents.

Every Ecomm Producers campaign ships with parallel English and Spanish: the ads, the landing pages, the SMS templates, the appointment-setting agents, the email sequences. Not as a translation afterthought. As a parallel system from day one.

The opportunity isn't about being clever. It's about being one of the only people there.

Restoration is uniquely structured for paid acquisition.

Most paid-marketing engagements don't work because the underlying economics don't support them. The lifetime value is too low, the urgency is too soft, or the customer takes six months to decide. None of that is true here.

Restoration jobs are insurance-funded — the homeowner generally isn't paying out of pocket, which removes the price-shopping behavior that kills conversion in other verticals. The work is urgent — water damage gets worse by the hour, mold spreads, storm damage compounds. And the average ticket is $5,000 to $50,000, with reconstruction jobs often climbing past $100k.

That economic structure is why we built the agency around this vertical specifically. The math works at every step — the cost-per-lead, the close rate, the average job value, the per-month booked-appointment number.

The 5-minute rule, made real.

There's a study cited so often it's become a cliché — leads contacted within five minutes of submitting a form are 21× more likely to convert than leads contacted after thirty. The cliché part is the citation. The real part is the behavior: when the page closes, the homeowner opens the next browser tab and calls your competitor.

Speed-to-lead is the entire game. We built our system on top of GoHighLevel, with bilingual appointment-setting agents on shift around the clock. When a lead submits a form on one of our landing pages, an agent is calling them inside five minutes — in their preferred language, with the campaign context already loaded.

Most agencies hand you the leads and disappear. We close the loop ourselves.

What working with us actually looks like.

One contract. Month-to-month, no annual commitment. A weekly review call with the founder where we walk through every booked appointment, every dollar of ad spend, and the cost-per-job that resulted. If it isn't working, we change it. If it's working, we scale it.

You don't manage anything. You don't run any of the software. You don't post anything to Facebook. You answer the phone when our agents send a qualified, scheduled appointment to your calendar. That's the entire deal.

Bring us your specialty. We'll bring you the calendar.

Ready to see the math for your business?

Fifteen minutes with the founder. We'll show you the cost-per-appointment we'd commit to.
